Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Please note: We require at least 24 hour notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation for services 60-minutes or longer. Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise--we'll expect you to be there. 'Skipped' appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held. Appointments less than 60-minutes will have an additional $10 charge added to your next service.
Groupon Policy-Groupon vouchers are for new clients only. If you are currently in our database and you purchase a new Groupon, we will not accept it. You can call their customer service for a refund at (888) 664-4482. Or, you can use that voucher toward the price of the same service.
-We require a minimum 24 hours cancellation or reschedule.
-A no-show / or same-day cancellation will void your voucher. If you purchase a package of 3 services, it will void the one you missed.
